
As of September 1st we were sold out of beef for 2025.
Our reservation form will not be open until January 1, 2026.
New in 2026, customers will be choosing a processing month instead of a date. We are doing this to allow some flexibility for our customers who are taking a quarter. This will help us better align similar steak preference.

Since 2018 we have always strived to provide affordable beef for our customers at fair price. In early 2025, the beef markets saw a steady increase to where they are today. These prices have effected both traditionally raised beef and grass-fed beef as well. In March 2025, we raised our price from $4.50 to $4.75/per pound. At this time, we are still watching the beef markets and are holding off on annoucing what our price will be for 2026.
