2027 Beef Processing Dates & Pricing

We were able to secure a few processing dates for late winter at Sorg's. Please check the form when you make your reservation to see an update of what is available for these limited dates.

Our regular spring and fall dates will be announced on our website on January 1st. Past customers of 2026 should watch their emails for early reservations in December. 

PRICING

Due to record-high national beef prices and continued volatility in the cattle market, our beef pricing will fluctuate throughout the remainder of 2026. While we have worked hard over the years to provide families with high-quality beef at a fair price, market conditions have increased substantially and have made it necessary to adjust our pricing to better reflect current costs.

We remain committed to producing premium 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef and ensuring that our pricing reflects the quality of the product you are purchasing.

Customers who have already placed a deposit on a beef order have locked in their price of $5.50 per pound hanging weight and will not be affected by future price adjustments. Any new orders placed for the remainder of 2026 will be subject to current market pricing at the time of purchase, and prices may fluctuate as market conditions change.
