2026 Beef Processing Dates & Pricing

New in 2026, customers will be choosing a processing month instead of a date. We are doing this to allow some flexibility for our customers who are taking a quarter. This will help us better align similar steak preference. 

LATE SPRING

- 1 Group at the end of May - SOLD OUT

- 2 Groups in early June - SOLD OUT

FALL

- 3 Groups in October - SOLD OUT

- 2 Groups in early November - SOLD OUT

Thank you for your interest in beef for 2026. In early 2025, we lost access to some rented organic pasture, which supplied a significant portion of our winter feed. Because of this, we’ve decided to “do less, better.” Our 2026 availability was therfore reduced. Reservations were open on January 1st on January 28th we reached capacity for the year. It is possible that we might be able to offer more beef in the fall, but at this point in time we will need to watch the cattle and see how they gain weight once the growing season starts. PRICING

Because of record-high national beef prices in late 2025, our price will increase from $4.75 to $5.50/lb on hanging weight. This price jump is much higher than we were hoping, however, for the last few years we have tried to provide a quality product to families without overcharging for our product. Unfortunately, the beef market prices continued to rise substantially all year long, this left us with our price significantly under what market price was. With our product being 100% grass-fed and finished we needed to make sure to price reflected the premium product you are purchasing.
