2025 Beef Processing dates

After careful consideration at the end of March 2025, we decided to raise our price from $4.50 per pound to $4.75 per pound. This adjustment is necessary to continue offering the best beef while also covering the rising costs of inputs such as equipment, fuel, and other farming essentials. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this will be the last price change for the year. The cattle markets continue to set at record-high prices and we must continue to monitor them to ensure a profit for our family farm without overcharging customers. By reserving your beef early in the year you help support our farm with your deposit and help us know what the demand for our product is so we can plan accordingly. We want to assure you that this decision wasn’t made lightly. Our commitment to you — our valued customers — is unwavering, and we will continue to prioritize quality in every cut of beef we provide. We have always been proud of being able to offer amazing beef at an affordable cost.
