PRICING for 2025
A non-refundable deposit is required in order to hold your reservation.
- 1/4 Beef - $200
- 1/2 Beef - $400
- Whole Beef - $800
¼ Steer (+/- 180-200 lbs.)*

- Beef Cuts from 1/4 Steer
½ Steer (+/- 300-350 lbs.)*
- $4.75/lb
- Beef Cuts from 1/2 Steer
Whole Steer (+/- 600-650 lbs.)*

* These are estimates. Final weights will vary due to size of cattle.*
Add approximately $150+/- per quarter for processing.

A special note about 2025 pricing:
We’ve always been committed to providing high-quality, responsibly-raised grass fed beef to our customers. All while ensuring that our product has been affordable.
After careful consideration at the end of March 2025 we decided to raise our price from $4.50 per pound to $4.75 per pound. This adjustment is necessary to continue offering the best beef while also covering the rising costs inputs such as equipment, fuel and other farming essentials.
We want to assure you that this decision wasn’t made lightly. Our commitment to you — our valued customers — is unwavering, and we will continue to prioritize quality in every cut of beef we provide. We have always been proud of being able to offer amazing beef at an affordable cost.
