
New in 2026, customers will be choosing a processing month instead of a date. We are doing this to allow some flexibility for our customers who are taking a quarter. This will help us better align similar steak preference.

PRICING
Because of record-high national beef prices in late 2025, our price will increase from $4.75 to $5.50/lb on hanging weight. This price jump is much higher than we were hoping, however, for the last few years we have tried to provide a quality product to families without overcharging for our product. Unfortunately, the beef market prices continued to rise substantially all year long, this left us with our price significantly under what market price was. With our product being 100% grass-fed and finished we needed to make sure to price reflected the premium product you are purchasing.
