We picked up our 1/4 beef from Sorg's in June and now that we've enjoyed a lot of the different cuts, I wanted to let you know how pleased we've been.  The meat is delicious!  This was our first time buying meat this way so I wasn't sure what to expect, but it's been all good!  Next time we'll be getting a 1/2 so we have more choice in the cuts.

Just wanted to say that so far we’ve tried the hamburger and of course steak for today. I’m a meat snob since I was raised on a farm. We are absolutely thrilled with the 1/4 beef that we got!! We will definitely be repeat customers! Keep up the great work of raising cattle like they should be.

I just had to tell you how good this beef is.  We ordered from another farm last year and your beef is far superior.  As soon as we make some freezer space, we will be ordering more.  

I can't tell you how happy we've been with the beef we've been getting from you guys. We were close to moving to Indiana last year and one of the first things we thought about was a plan to get our beef from you. Thanks for all you guys do!!
